Bartercard Real Estate is a fully licenced and registered real estate agency, listing and selling properties with a Bartercard trade component.  Real estate offered through Bartercard is listed as the same price as the cash market, with a minimum 25 percent Trade Dollar component.

Bartercard Australia can also provide an interest-free line of credit to approved purchasers.  This assists members to build up their Trade Dollar component, which the majority of large banks and mortgage institutions will lend against.
